Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that a $35.00 fee will be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment/procedure. You will not be charged if there is a valid emergency. This fee will NOT be covered by your insurance company and will be the responsibility of the patient. Please contact our staff if you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy.
